Overview

Navan is situated approx. 35 miles north of Dublin with access via the M3 motorway.

The site comprises c. 87 acres of phase 1 and phase 2 zoned residential land to the south side of Navan Town Centre to the west of Trim Road. A masterplan is currently being worked up with phase 1 application to be submitted early 2019.
