Subject to planning approval, the proposed mixed use development will comprise over 100,000 sq. ft office, an 87 bedroom hotel, over 100 apartments and 22,000 sq. ft of retail space, over 290,000sq.ft in total development.
The design of this significant mixed use proposal will sensitively address the urban context and bordering conservation areas, in line with the Inner North West masterplan, to provide a strong mix of accommodation, which will ultimately seek to breathe life back into a neglected area of Belfast City centre.
The design will be informed by the abundance of Architectural styles, diverse use of colour, materials and a broad range of plot proportions to enrich the streetscape.
